Hi there Cuties,

Here is a real world truth that you can count on.

If you have a secret and you absolutely do not want others to find out then you need to keep it to yourself.

That's right.  Tell no one.

Or as a friend once told me "tell only one other person then shoot them."

Take for example the fact that I was transgender.

I discovered by myself at the tender young age of seven that I was not like all of the other little boys running around in 1966.

In fact I was a little girl who was cursed with a little boy's body and in America during the sixties they had a habit of using electro shock therapy or other nasty things to get you straight.

I guess all it took was an overactive imagination to tell me that advertising that fact would go very bad for poor little me.

Years later I joined Uncle Sam's Misguided Children also known as the United States Marine Corps and considering how they treated gay service members was enough to help me keep my yap shut about it.

I also managed to get myself married/divorced several times and when the last ex-Mrs. me finally heard about my transition years later she was upset that I never trusted her with that secret but if you knew her you would know why I didn't want her to blab it around the world as I knew she would.

Looking back over my life I guess for once I did the right thing.

I did tell one person however and he turned out to be the only person who could keep a secret.

Not because they really cared and cherished the fact that I told them.

Of course I am talking about the "invisible sky daddy".

Of course I ended up blaming him for having such rotten customer service.  Either that or having a bad sense of humor.

Go figure.
